Exact Path Diagnostic and Alabama Comprehensive Assessment Program (ACAP) Linking and Correlational Study

Exact Path language arts, math, and reading diagnostic assessments yield highly accurate predictions of student test results on Alabama’s ACAP assessment. This research study linked fall, winter, and spring Exact Path diagnostic scores to spring ACAP scores across all grades 4-8 in math and English language arts. Strong correlations were found between Exact Path diagnostic scores and ACAP scores across all grades 4-8, subjects, and seasons.

• prioritize content areas to focus on
